Fellows Jenn Downes, Kelsey Onofrio, Becks Olthoff, and Marta Soto-Johnson attended and presented at the 2026 Noyce Summit in Washington, D.C. Along with PI Megan Staples, the group presented a session titled From Master Teachers to Teacher Leaders: Narratives and Lessons from a CT MTL Noyce Project. The presenting team shared their journeys through Noyce MTL, including the impact of collaborative learning groups (CLGs), independent leadership projects (ILPs), and the change in their teaching identities and perceived impact in mathematics education.
