Sacred Heart University a Code.org Regional Partner will be offering Computer Science Fundamentals (CSF) and Computer Science Discoveries (CSD)  workshops virtually and onsite during the school year. CSF is appropriate for ALL K-5 teachers and is a one-day workshop delivered onsite in person.

CSD is intended for educators teaching in grades 6-10. This workshop will be delivered during the school year and will require two hours per month of release time for teachers to participate.

 

Added incentives will be available for teachers to participate in the Lt. Governor’s Computing Challenge.  Partial or full funding is available. Attached are flyers and more information for each program.
