A core component of the Noyce MTL Program is the collaborative learning groups (CLGs). Fellows meet bimonthly with their CLGs to discuss leadership and pedagogical challenges they are facing in their classrooms, schools, and/or districts. The Project Team developed protocols to facilitate the preparation, discussion, and reflection of these challenges. Attached are the preparation documents for both pedagogical and leadership challenges, as well as the protocol for sharing a pedagogical or leadership challenge.
